RETURN POLICY

US & International Orders

We want our customers to feel good with the purchases they made!

However, if you are not satisfied you may return within 14 days of purchase for a full refund with the original tags attached in its original condition/new (must not be washed, worn, damaged or altered).  Shipping & handling charges will not be refundable. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

If the items received for return does not meet our return policy requirements, refund will not be accepted.

We are unable to offer returns for any final sale items and accessories (jewelries, bags, hats, head pieces, gloves & scarves). 

Gift cards are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGES

US Orders

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The return will be processed when you purchase your new item(s) and we receive the item(s) you are not satisfied with, with the original tags attached in its original condition/new (must not be washed, worn, damaged or altered) and your original order invoice/receipt included in the return package. Customer is responsible for any exchanging shipping fees.

We are unable to offer exchanges for any final sale items and accessories (jewelries, bags, hats, head pieces, gloves & scarves). 

Gift cards are non-exchangeable. 

International orders may not be exchanged.
